Class plays were always a big hit. Both our junior and senior class plays were supported by many classmates on and off the stage. Those off the stage had as much fun as those on the stage. An experience remembered by all. How could anyone forget Miss Emily K. Davidson known to everyone as "Miss Emmy"!
Junior Class Play - January Thaw
When Herbert (Jon Kitner) and Marge Gage (Sharon Gerow-Barb Semenak) moved their
family to Connecticut, they were sure they had found their new dream house. There
was only one flaw.....the Gages owned the house, but the Connecticut Yankees, the
Rockwoods, had the right to live in it. When Jonathan Rockwood (Frank Cackowski)
brought his wife, Mathilda (Linda Johnston-Sarah Beth Evans), and his son, Matt (Jim
Carpenter), back home, the Rockwoods took over half the house equipping it with warming
pans and pigs. In the other half the Gages set up housekeeping. Then a snow
storm caused a power breakdown. After subsisting on a diet of corn flakes, molasses,
and unstuffed olives, the Gages gladly joined the warm and well-fed Rockwoods on the other
side of the house. The problem of dual ownership was solved when Marge, enchanted
with the barn in back of the house, decided to fix it up as a home for the Gages.

Senior Class Play - The Thirteenth
Chair
A glamorous and glittering dinner party turned into an ordeal marred by
murder. Mr. Wales (Ray Cosner), in a personal manhunt for a friend's murderer, asked
a medium to conduct a seance at the party. The medium, Rosalie LaGrange (Sarah Beth
Evans-Linda Johnston), agreed to contact the spirit of his dead friend; but as Wales
questioned the ghost, a scream of pain pierced the dark room. Throwing on the
lights, the guests found Wales' body sprawled on the floor. The murderer had struck
again. Attempting to crack the case, Inspector Donohue (Jon Kitner) found that all
clues pointed to the medium's daughter, Helen O'Neal (Sue Ekamp-Kathy Bowman). Sure
that the case was solved, the overconfident inspector encountered difficulties when
Rosalie, in a last-ditch effort to clear her daughter's name, declared the she alone knew
who the murderer really was. The irked inspector grudgingly allowed Rosalie ten
minutes to solve the case. Luck let her trick the true murderer, Mason (Ken Barker),
into a hysterical confession.
